This meal was the inspiration that sparked an interest in creating this website to help others with their work lunch and meal prep. If you want to make a quick and healthy meal that requires no cooking, making a sandwich wrap may be a good idea. The fun part of this is, you can pull out whatever that is in your refrigerator! 

Simple Ingredient Ideas:

  • Tortilla
  • Deli meats
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayo/Ranch dressing

Variations:

  • Tortilla: There are different kinds of tortilla you can use based on your nutritional needs (extra protein, low carb, veggie based)
  • Dressing: You can pick your favorite dressing (ranch, blue cheese, mayo..etc.)
  • Meat: deli meats (ham, turkey, roast beef), chicken (breaded strips, rotisserie meat, grilled). If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can substitute for Beyond or Impossible meat products.
  • Cheese: Your choice: pepper jack, provolone, swiss, muenster…etc
  • Vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, bell peppers, alfalfa sprouts

Directions:
1) Spread your favorite dressing onto a tortilla wrap
2) Layer the wrap with deli meat, cheese, and veggies
3) Carefully roll the wrap into a cylinder. This may require practice so contents will not spill out.
4) You may want to slice it in half with a knife for easier packing and eating.
